When we stand before Jesus Christ the Way the Truth and the Life we discover the truth about our own character and nature. That causes us to either mock and strike out at Him or bend our knee and worship Him. Every once in a while I love watching the mindless drivel of the three stooges, Larry, Curly and Moe. They generate hearty laughter because their exaggerations are an ultimate extension of our life's realities. 1970 years ago history recorded the tragic antics of the celebrated Four Stooges of that day. These stooges had the audacity to judge The Way, The Truth and The Life, the King of the Universe, the Creator of all things, Jesus our Saviour. |

One drink of living water heals the pain of our rejection. The warmth of God's unconditional acceptance shines into our discouraged, frustrated, lonely hovel and new hope springs forth in our lives. When was the last time that you were on the outside looking in? Perhaps your best friend betrayed confidences you shared with her. Someone else started a rumour about you and everybody who was anybody seemed to believe the rumour and shun you. |
